Shipping is done on a flat rate of R120 at this stage. Information on the courier and delivery will be emailed as part of your confirmation of order emailed information. Your order, depending on the time of order is shipped on the same day within business hours. Once shipped your order should arrive at your door within 2-3 working days, depending on the delivery area. Our delivery service is via a trusted third-party courier service to anywhere in South Africa. The delivery address as stipulated in the order form will be the address to which the courier will deliver. Should there not be anyone at home the chosen courier will then make the necessary arrangements and should there be any further cost involved in this it will be for your own account. We will not be held responsible for inaccurate address details entered nor for the address being unattended.

The delivery periods are only estimates and exclude the collection day. The delivery period is subject to strikes, severe weather conditions and third-party delivery services.
Orders are sent within normal working hours except on weekends and/or on public holidays. Business days are defined as Mondays to Fridays, excluding public holidays. Even though the best possible care is taken to ensure your box arrives in tip top shape, sometimes there will be damage, if that is the case, please send us photos and we will make the necessary replacement/refund option should we find that your order was damaged in transit.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
If you need to change the shipping address before your package is sent, we can gladly do so. However, once your package is sent we cannot make changes to your delivery address. Please make sure you let us know soonest if your address changes, in order for us to attempt to intercept the package through the courier service.
WHO CAN SIGN FOR MY PARCEL?
Our couriers deliver door-to-door, which means that the parcel is delivered to the address and not the person unless otherwise specified. Once the parcel is delivered to the address, it is confirmed as delivered, whether left at reception, staff or security.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER ONLINE?
Once we have received your order, we will send you an email confirmation. If in doubt, please do not hesitate to contact us.

The Eden Toys team endeavours to give our clients and suppliers the best possible service however, it is a reality that delivery companies are sometimes subject to strikes and other delays. Should any delay happen, we will follow up, lodge and handle queries on your behalf.
In spite of every effort being made to ensure that stock levels are correct on the online store, it is a reality that errors do occur. In the event that an item is ordered online without that item being in stock you will be contacted and the necessary arrangements made. Whether you choose to wait for the item, or for a refund we will keep in touch every step of the way.
